I've had a few questions from you guys about stretches for the hips. As a runner ?? my hips are also one of the tightest parts of my body ? Here is an awesome stretch that I like to do to gently wake up and lengthen the front of the hip and also the groin ?

1⃣As a warm up start with the back knee down hands on the inside of the front foot. Open the chest and squeeze the shoulder blades together. Gently push the hips down to the ground.

2⃣Increase the stretch by curling the back toe under and lifting the knee off the ground. Keep the chest up and open.

3⃣For an even deeper stretch (especially the groin), drop back down to the knee, bend the arms and lower down to elbows (you can roll to the outer edge of the front foot) ?
Perfect little stretch for the end of the day ☺️ ab ❤️ x
