Everybody has weaknesses.
No one person is good at EVERYTHING.
Something I have been working on recently is my hip stability.
Stability through the hips is hugely important for almost all exercises, as it is where your entire upper body gains it's direction from.
In the video above I have incorporated a few unilateral (one sided) exercises after my normal leg workout to help with my hip stability ( little to no weight for more control ). It has really started to help me when landing from big jumps and lifting weight over my head. For anyone struggling with balance or hip stability, try doing a little unilateral leg work outside your normal training routine. ✅www.kaylaitsines.com.au✅
