Few old and a few new ✅☀️ SO! I have decided.... I think it's time to step up my game.
Let me know what you girls think.
I want to start working on new books, new exercises, new blogs ETC. I want to create a NEW training guide 2.0 to follow my 12 week plan. So an extension guide ( would be released later this year ). I want to start releasing mini guides as well. I have heaps of ideas but I can't give them all away just yet ?? thank you to @baroudz for the filming of this!!
