I had twenty short minutes to workout butt today so I did a series of supersets to maximize my time in the gym. A superset is when you do two different workouts consecutively with no rest in between. This is a great way to burnout the muscle and push past the fatigue thresh hold. Performing supersets with leg exercises also doubles as a cardio session when done properly. By removing the rest and recovery portion of your sets, your heart rate will remain high.
Next time you have limited time in the gym, try to incorporate two or even three exercises and do them one right after the other for 3-4 sets! @getfitandthick #fitandthick
