Chocolate & Coconut Protein Bites ? This recipe makes a big batch! Just mix 2 cups oats, 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, 1 egg, 2 scoops chocolate protein powder, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and then 1 cup almond milk. Depending on the protein you used, (I used @team_optimum) you might need to add about 1/4 cup water to help mix the ingredients. Taste the mixture and if it isn't sweet enough for you then add some stevia (this is entirely optional - I didn't add any). Then just chuck the mixture in a lined tray and bake at 180 degrees for around 20-25 mins until cooked through.
