Early morning workouts mean I have the gym to myself ??The left hand picture is a challenge for you: bicep curl drop sets. Start with the heaviest bar you can handle and do 8-10 reps, then immediately (no rest time!) move down 2.5kg to the next bar and do 8-10 reps. Repeat this until the lightest bar. I personally start with the 20kg bar and do 5 sets so - 20kg, 17.5kg, 15kg, 12.5kg and 10kg. Have a rest and repeat twice more.
