While in my vacation in California I enjoyed myself and had an amazing time with friends i was staying focused and on top of my game.
Fasted cardio every morning, following workout in the gym later with another cardio session.
My good was always with me and even when I was dining at the restaurant I was ordering the same plain food every time.
It's very important to stay on top of your game if you want to succeed. The fact I had to limit myself a little didn't make my vacation any worse, I'm actually even proud of myself.
At least if I don't do well at the Arnold I now I did my best and won't have any regrets.
