Sorry for all the throwbacks? this is me last year at prom and might I add a dammnnn to the shine in my hair. The sun danced around me, I kissed because I felt lovely- I wasn't merely breathing, rather I was alive. Sure mentally I was battling, but I was at a much better state in my mentality compared to now. Pictures like these remind me of why I held on to fight for so long. Nonetheless, I don't intend on getting this back, that would be repetitive. I'm determined to excel and to go beyond in places never travelled before. I'm determined to live again, growing in areas that I have never previously explored. My struggles will not define me, but what I will overcome represents my true strength.
