MOTIVATION MONDAY!
Just because this is "bulking season" for most people doesn't mean you should skip the gym! Strap on your sneakers and get your butts to the gym!!!! If you workout at home try this quick workout with or without weights:
-20 jump squats
-15 Bulgarian split squats each leg -30 walking lunges
-12 burpees -30 bicycle crunches
REPEAT 3 TIMES
