It usually takes me 20 min to get my supplements ready for the gym.
1- Pre workout: Platinum Pre + Creatine , 30 gr Glycomize( complex carbs)
2- intra workout: BCAA ( orange flavor powder is my favorite)
Sometimes when my workout is longer than 1 hour I mix Gold Standard whey with Orange juice and sip on it throughout the workout
3- after workout: Platinum Hydro Whey, 30 gr Glycomize, Glutamine, Vitamin C
It is very important to have a full meal 40 min after
