Plyometrics and sprints are done! Now it's time to put some fuel in my body!
Well, the presentation is not on point this time, but hey! I was hungry as hell!
Banana protein cheese pancakes
120 gr Farmer cheese ( 0% fat)
1 egg
1 scoop Gold Standard whey protein cinnamon Graham cracker by Optimum Nutrition
1 egg white
1 banana
1/3 cup oat flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp stevia
1 tbl spoons flex seed meal
Mix all ingredients together, this time I didn't use blender, I like to feel farmer cheese clumps in my pancakes.
Pan roast with coconut oil
