Protein oatmeal- my favorite breakfast ever! So easy to make, such a pleasure to eat! ?
1/3 cup dry oatmeal
Almond milk
1 scoop Gold Standard Whey , Mocha cappuccino by Optimum Nutrition
1 tsp fitness fiber
6 almonds
Raw cocoa powder
Cook oatmeal with almond milk, add fiber and protein at the end and mix all together before turn the heat off, add little more almond milk on top, mix well.
Put oatmeal in serving dish, add almonds and cocoa powder ( you can add flaxseed meal, walnuts, pecan nuts, berries or banana if desired)
And dig in ! ?
