After a few beautiful blue sky days, and the regular Beijing smog is back. Air quality/pollution index 279 as at 3pm local time. Air pollution is probably the worst thing about living in this city, for me and other residents. This year, and this past winter especially, the pollution hit record levels. Air pollution is often the top reason people cite for moving out of Beijing.
