Protein scones: I can't take credit for this recipe, I found it on proteinpow.com and wanted to try it ☺ 1 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup unflavoured protein powder, 1 cup rolle oats, 1/4 cup coconut flour, 1 tsp sea salt. Mix together, divide into 6 scones an bake at 170 degrees for around 20 minutes.
