Egg Fried 'Rice': 3 tbsp coconut oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1/3-1/2 a head of cauliflower (grated), a portion of cooked prawns, soy sauce, half a chilli, 1 egg, 1 large spring onion. Put the oil in a wok, add the garlic and chilli and simmer for a few mins. Then add the grated cauliflower and coat in the oil for 1 min. Add the spring onion and 1 tbsp soy sauce and stir until it looks golden. Add the prawns and cook them through. Make a 'well' in the middle of the wok and add the egg, let it cook for a few seconds then stir it through the mixture.
