This Tuna dinner was super delicious! ??? Just put some salt and pepper on tuna steak, ? dip it in sesame seeds and pan roast on very high heat ?? for 2 min from each side. It comes out little burnt from outside and raw inside ( if you go to the restaurant and want this kind of preparation it calls black and blue) ?You can serve it with arugula salad (arugula, cherry tomatoes, grilled asparagus, fat free feta cheese and mango dressing ) Yum!
I had mine with just a spinach leaves and I put little Vasabi mustard ( I love this brand, it's low sodium, no sugar, low carb and great taste ?
This is one of my favorite dinner options :) ??
