500 kcal for 30 min - use your time sufficient
Doesn't matter how long is your cardio, the quality matters!
You can spent 1,5 hours on trademeal, burn 1000 kcal but get no results at all.
You want keep your muscles and burn your fat away!
I Just finished my second workout of the day. Killed my shoulders ?? and finished it up with 30 min of cardio. ???
I don't believe in long cardio approach ✋ well as you can see on my pic I don't believe in make up at the gym either ?
I am 1,5 weeks out from my next competition and I do no more then 1 hour a day.
I break up my cardio for two sessions:
1st session is 30 min in the morning on empty stomach run up to the heal with incline 4-6
Then I do lifting at the end of the day and 30 min sprint on stair master
But for those ??30 min I burn ??500 kkl, I don't like to waste my time at the gym, that's why I use every minute of my workout with profit.
This is sample of my High Intensity Cardio
5 min with speed 100 steps per minute skipping one step
20 min sprint : 1 min - 140 steps per minute , 1 min - 90 steps per minute skipping one step
5 min repeat first 5 minutes
