#powerpost : operation grow the glutes! Cable kick backs are a great way to isolate your glutes. Use a step under each side so that you increase the range of motion with each leg. Stabilize yourself by holding on to the machine and keep the opposite leg slightly bent at the knee; never lock your knees while weight training. With either an ankle strap or the handles, kick your leg back while keeping the leg straight. This ensures that you are isolating the glutes. 15 reps and then hold on the 15th rep at the top and pulse for 15.
