👆🏼this is actual footage of me jumping on my scooter after dinner and chasing sweet potato wedges to get my carbs in!

I also can’t wait to have a baby but before I do, I do a lot of things to support my fertility like eating organ meat (especially grass fed beef liver).

I also make sure I eat enough *nature* carbs, not ‘man made’ carbs to support my progesterone. But I don’t have carbs every day of my cycle only in the seven days leading to my period.

This will all be in my book that’s coming out next month!

But in short: progesterone, which gives you healthy pregnancy, loves being nurtured and loves good quality carbs (white rice, sweet potatoes, yams).

It actually like doesn’t process carbs like chips and crisps at all yet we tend to indulge on these, which makes our PMS even worse 😭

It’s also important not to have carbs during your period and 14 days after (exception of ovulation).

I know it feels a little bit complicated but I’m on a mission to make sure every woman understands her cycle so making babies and losing weight is Effortless!!!
