Serve Apple-Cranberry Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream and Salted Caramel for Thanksgiving dessert. The filling is perfectly sweet and slightly tart, and the @Chobani Greek Yogurt biscuit is moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The vanilla ice cream and salted caramel marry all the flavors into what I’d call “the perfect bite.” 

🍎 Ingredients 🍎

For the Apple-Cranberry Filling: 
• 3 Honeycrisp apples 
• 2 tbsp butter 
• 1/4 cup sugar 
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
• 1/4 tsp salt 
• 1 lemon, juiced 
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
• 1 cup cranberries

For the Biscuit:
• 1/2 cup @Chobani Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt 
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour (fluff, spoon, level) 
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp butter, for shredding on top 
• 1 tbsp coarse sugar, for sprinkling on top

For serving: 
• Vanilla ice cream 
• Salted caramel 

🥧 Directions 🥧
1. Wash, core, and slice apples.
2. In a pan, melt butter with both sugars, flour, vanilla bean paste, salt, lemon juice, and cinnamon and mix to combine evenly. Add apple slices and cranberries; cook for about 5 minutes until caramelized. 
3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek Yogurt, egg, vanilla bean paste, sugar, and salt and mix until incorporated. Add flour and baking powder and mix until you have a sticky dough while being careful not to overmix.
4. Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Pour the apple-cranberry filling into a 9-inch oven-safe baking dish and spread the biscuit on top in spoon-sized chunks. Top with shreds of butter and sprinkles of sugar. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the biscuit is golden brown.
5. Let cool and serve with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel.
