But that also means that what you provide your audience can change. You have to get comfortable with not being married to one idea. ✔️ get comfortable with failing miserably too. You will fail. I made some massive mistakes that I’m absolutely embarrassed about and still have a hard time forgiving myself for. Every time, it was me outsourcing something that I was good at & trusting that other people can do it just as well. That resulted in disappointing my customers but losing a lot of money. ✔️ which leads me to a point: stay in your genius. I always say that to my employees: what’s your genius? Let’s make sure you live there! for a start up in might not always be possible, but making sure that your employees are not forced to do things they hate has been monumental for my business growth. ✔️ ‘Here character.
