Off to the market we went with Rachel Khoo, best-selling food writer and international TV presenter!
On her first ever discovery of the Maldives, Rachel together with Junior Sous Chef Aminath Hameed and Executive Sous Chef Mohamed Negmeldin, explored Male’s Dhathuruveringe farmer’s market and discovered indigenous ingredients used in recipes of age old tradition. It was a fun morning of exploration and discovery.
Rachel and Aminath then co-hosted a Maldivian cooking class for guests using all the ingredients from their morning market adventure.
