You only need FOUR ingredients for the smoothest, most delicious velouté - with absolutely no cream required 🙌🏻

Take red onions, red lentils, and red tomato paste (there’s a bit of a red theme to this dish) and then add lots of good quality vegetable stock - that’s it!

You can either use a stick blender, like I am here, or pass it through a sieve for an even smoother finish 🤩

I’m enjoying this velouté with the perfect soup companion - beautifully crispy herb butter baguettes (recipe coming next week 👀)
