Mum is such an inspiration and wonderful example of not letting age hold you back. She stepped into the gym for the FIRST TIME EVER 3 years ago, at 71, & hasn’t stopped since! 😈 She is so excited to train each week & has never missed a session. She is my role model & I hope sharing this video with you will inspire you, your family, and friends to go do that thing you’ve been wanting to do without hesitation 😁
