Oatmeal is a highly overrated breakfast food.

Oats contain anti-nutrients that steal your minerals, and despite what vegan influencers might tell you, they’re not that high in fiber. Just 4 grams per cup.

To top it off, most oats (even organic) have high levels of glyphosate, an herbicide linked to cancer.

If you choose to eat breakfast, it’s best to start your day with a high protein and high micronutrient meal, such as pasture-raised eggs. If you need some carbs, choose a low-toxin and high-nutrient choice, such as organic blueberries, a spoonful of raw honey, or even white rice. Or you can occasionally skip breakfast altogether and do intermittent fasting with @dangercoffeeofficial!
