This time we also tried pulse radio-frequency stimulation to help reset the pain signals to the joints. I want to say a massive thank you to my incredible medical team, physios, doctors and radiographers, you are keeping this old body moving. They say it takes a village to raise a child, well it takes an army to raise an athlete.
