My morning mobility routine 🧘🏼‍♀️⛰️

ad When I’m travelling, I always take my morning @symproveyourlife to support my gut health. There’s a 10 minute window afterwards where the good bacteria work their magic and during that time I like to prep my body with these three key mobilising movements:

1️⃣ A walkout to hip drop, hip lift, deep lunge & rotation - to get the whole body moving & fire up the core.
2️⃣ A cat cow with a lat & hip extension, to open up the hips and shoulders.
3️⃣ Leg drops to hip lifts, to loosen off the hips & activate the glutes.

I typically go for 2-3 minutes moving through each exercise so the routine is super quick yet effective!
