Strictly speaking, dishes made with seafood are not called "paella" but rather "Arroz a banda" (seafood paella) or "Arroz Negro" (squid paella), which don’t carry the paella name. The origin of paella Valencia paella was introduced to the culture of rice cultivation by the Arabs when they invaded Spain around the 7th century. Later, paella with chicken, rabbit, and vegetables from around the rice paddies was born. This paella was later arranged in various ways using seafood from the Mediterranean Sea and meat from the nearby mountains. So after I joined @theworlds50best in Valencia,I’ve been missing paella so so much ,and finally I made it!
