How to is in the video!😘 All you need is:
• 250 gr peeled ginger. (Peel with a spoon).
• handful of sliced pineapple or a big peeled Apple. (Adds a little bit of sweetness)
• 2 peeled limes or 1 peeled lemon.
• around 300ml water.
• optional: 1 teaspoon of turmeric or cayenne pepper. (I used pepper for these, it’s said to enhance absorption of certain nutrients)
