Home made rice protein creamsss😍🍫 this one is soooo delicious and you can take it as a tiny snack that gets you fuel before a workout or just whenever ofcourse!👀🫶🏼 I had these as a late night craving because we didn’t have any snacks in the house😂 recipe down below:

Ingredients:
- 🍯 honey to your own liking.
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 1/3 cup peanut butter. (No added sugar)
- 2 rice cakes.
- Handfull of cranberries.
- Pecans or any kind of nut as a garnish.
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder.
- Melted Dark chocolate. (Just enough for a coating of chocolate on top.
- Water if needed.
(Store them in the fridge)

Mix the vanilla extract, peanut butter and honey together in a bowl. Add one scoop of protein powder and add a little bit of water. If it is too thick, it needs to be creamy. Crumble two rice, cakes and mix that in along with the cranberries. Get a baking tray and line it with a baking sheet, add the mixture and flatten it with your hands and another baking sheet. Put the mixture in the freezer while you melt your chocolate. (300watt, 3 minutes) Coat your mixture with chocolate and top off with the crushed pecans. put it back in the fridge for 30 to 40 minutes until it firms up. Cut it up and enjoy!🫶🏼☺️
