Maybe y’all experience it as well? It’s hard sometimes to really put a pause on your brain 🧠😬 and if I think about it.. your “pause moments” may even the number one thing that will bring you far in having a healthy / fitness lifestyle. Without rest, there’s no growth, in your body goals, your mind and your peace. - Point being, take your breaks. Don’t wait for stress and exhaustion to build up untill you allow yourself to “really” take a break from life and disconnect. Time is one of the things we will never get back, so might as well spend it in balance and take care of our mental while working on our goals.
