Unfiltered photo dump of the week!❤️ we’ve been running from one thing to another and I’ve definitely been feeling that😴 I’ve made an appointment to checkout my vitamines in my blood and my hormones if I can💉 Super exciting! I love to learn about my body bc even in the midst of all the conscious healthy decisions I make, I have my sucky days as well, because “human”🙃🫢 but! On the other side, my strength training is going very well. I take my time to gain muscle again and it already feels so good to see myself change. Even tho it meant going up in body fat again, that is totally fine!💪🏽 I’ll be honest, lil nervous about the month to Japan and keeping up with the gains🤣 Not gonna happen, but at least maintaining the muscle I’ve build back so far will def be working out!☺️ I will maintain to post everyday over there as well, I want to share soooo many things with y’all already😍!! 17 days to go before we leave!
