So today was super busy in the gym, so decided to get the only machine available and go for it🙃🔥 let me tell you, my glutes were pumped nonetheless🫱🏼‍🫲🏾.

SMITH MACHINE ONLY WORKOUT:
1️⃣ single leg step up / 3 sets x 12 reps.
2️⃣ single leg deadlift / 3 sets x 12 reps each leg.
3️⃣ Bulgarian split squats / 3 sets x 12 reps each leg
4️⃣ hip trusts / 4 sets x 12 reps (+ 1 last static at the top)
