POST WORKOUT LUNCH🍳😏 The last shot does it for me! 🤤😍

Ingredients:
* 4ml Rapeseed oil, refined
* Black pepper & salt
* Half an Avocado
* Cherry tomatoes
* 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
* 2 Eggs
* 2 slices of baguette
* Additional: chives on top

💦Bring the water with vinegar and salt to a boil in a small saucepan, stir to form a whirl and reduce the heat.
🍳Crack the eggs into bowls and pour them into the boiling water with vinegar. When the water stops whirling, stir lightly to prevent the egg from sticking to the bottom. After 3 minutes, pull out the egg with a spoon or sieve and drain on a paper towel.
🥖Slice the bread, drizzle with oil and add salt and pepper. Toast slices in the toaster or in a dry pan.
🥑Cut the avocado into halves, peel and slice.
Put the avocado, cherry tomatoes and egg on the toast, sprinkle with (chopped chives) salt and pepper.
