Great talks by the legends @ceyadams, #BillAdler, and #PeteNice @rushtown298 (of #3rdBass) here, among many others including @teacha_krsone, Dr. Gloria Carter. The first footage which is how Cey’s talk was wrapped up seems to be a perfect one for the Father’s Day today. The hand of the father on the back of the kid moves me. (Happy Father’s Day Cey!) And as I was fortunate to had worked with @mfdoom in the past, It was nice to hear the (legendary) story about him. And a little nice moment for me to spot my @reebok model on the feet of the writer and reporter @shawnsetaro who was given my shoes by @trinidadjamesgg and was there to say hi to Mr. Pete Nice. (As I understand it, tonight’s event was a special edition version of Night of Philosophy - now called Night of Ideas.) Here is an another New York evening that I still live in this city after all these years for.
