As a freelancer, seeing all the great teams accomplishing things together made me miss being a part of the team. (As much as I understand and remember the struggles coming from that as well.) As a judge, I had seen many works first as final pieces, and then with presentations, concepts, and objectives behind them for over the course of months. And then all of sudden I got to see human faces and sometimes team dynamics behind all these amazing works last night all at once, and it was a unique sensation and experience.
