It was the first time I’ve done any @deka.fit event (there’s STRONG, MILE, & FIT), so I’m excited to have some experience under my belt, and numbers to work with moving forward. For those of you who are unfamiliar with @deka.fit, it’s basically “the decathlon of functional fitness”. My dad was a world class decathlete, so the desire & ability to train across multiple disciplines must be in the genes.. There’s an emerging arena of hybrid fitness, and @deka.fit & @hyroxworld are two good examples.
