Upper body & core workout 🏋🏼‍♀️

Join me for my first weighted 30 minute workout in almost three weeks, here’s what I did to ease myself back in:

➡️ Superset 1: Chin ups to failure (body weight then banded) & incline press x 12. 4 sets.
➡️ Superset 2: Alternating Arnold press x 10 each arm & banded pull downs x 15. 4 sets.
➡️ Superset 3: Banded dips to failure & Skullcrushers x12-15. 4 sets.
➡️ Core circuit: 45 seconds each of left side plank, right side plank & alternating jacknives.
