How I’m regrowing my hair ✨

Last year my hair fell out due to a combination of stress & anaemia. Here’s what I’m doing to help it heal ❤️‍🩹

1️⃣ Rosemary Oil. I add 5 drops to my shampoo and I do a treatment once a week where I combine it with jojoba oil.
2️⃣ Heatless curls. I haven’t used tongs on my hair in almost a year now! I have a YouTube video where I show how I use my heatless curler.
3️⃣ Restorative products. My favourite brands are @philip_kingsley @avedauk @jvnhair and @livingproofuk.
4️⃣ Silk pillowcases & hair bobbles. To reduce friction & damage - I get mine from @slipsilkpillowcase.
5️⃣ Low & loose hairstyles. My high & tight ponytails were causing breakage at my crown so I avoid them as much as I can.

I’ve been on this journey for about 10 months now under the guidance of a trichologist. I am definitely seeing a big difference in my hairs strength and I do think that it is very slowly regrowing! However I don’t think the density of my hair will fully come back until I address some underlying stress which I am currently working on 🫶🏼 #hairgrowth #hairgrowthtips #hairgrowthjourney
