These 5 simple yet powerful habits have truly transformed my life and allow me to nourish my mind, body, and soul at the start of each day. First, I make my bed every day, and it has become a symbol of starting my day fresh, organized, and with a sense of accomplishment. For me, it sets the tone for a productive and positive day ahead.

Next, I switched from coffee to matcha, and the
sustained energy and mental clarity it provides have been incredible. It’s like a gentle, calm boost that keeps me focused and alert throughout the day without the crash. Coffee never sat well with me, so I listened to my body, and it’s much happier with this calming source of caffeine. (For those of you who are new here, I actually sell my matcha! I’m sold out right now because I’m working on the most exciting update to my brand yet, but I will be sure to post about it when I’m back in stock!)

I really try to take 30 minutes before looking at my phone, and I feel this has been a game-changer for my mental well-being. 🧘‍♀️ It allows me to connect with myself, set positive intentions, and start my day with mindfulness and presence before hopping into work or talking to family and friends. As simple as it sounds, this helps me start the day on my terms, rather than tending to someone first thing in the morning.

Journaling every day has become my sacred practice. It’s a space for me to express my thoughts, reflect on my emotions, and cultivate gratitude. It’s been incredibly therapeutic and has helped me gain clarity and insight into my own life. And last but not least, eating a balanced meal with enough protein has made a huge difference in my energy levels and overall well-being. 🍳 I feel nourished and fueled, ready to tackle the day ahead.

Implementing these holistic habits has made me feel more centered, focused, and empowered each day. If you’re looking to implement some of these, I recommend you pick one or two and practice them each day until they become habitual. Then, add another one!
