So happy for our competitors who all decided to show up and show OUT tomorrow. Each person has their own story, filled with obstacles, but also some incredible moments of triumph. Going onto a bodybuilding stage is truly difficult because you're literally being adjudicated based on how you look which isn't easy at all. I spoke to all of our competitors thanking them for their commitment to doing our show but also saluting them for their grit, sacrifice and endless dedication to their goal. I reminded them to show gratitude to themselves tonight, tomorrow morning and also right before stepping onto this stage. We must thank our bodies for putting up with ourselves and no matter what placing they receive, they've won because there's no filters on this stage!!! I'll be hanging out with these athletes backstage tomorrow to give them some added encouragement too. @shuriecremona and I thank our partners Ed and Betty Pariso, our staff, our partners, vendors and sponsors!
