There's life and there's death.

It's inevitable and I along with many have experienced death of a parent which hits very, very hard.

I learned through my Father, "Don Heath" passing, it is my upmost responsibility, to live a life which he would definitely enjoy seeing.

Losing my Father opened my eyes to how intentional we must live each day with greater purpose. The days of sadness can be diminished and even eliminated by recognizing the gratitude of being able to breathe on your own, to speak, to eat without assistance, to walk, to dance and of course to lift some heavy ass weights! Most importantly to love others in the present time and also provide positive into others whom you come in contact with because why leave a legacy of hate, of anger and frustration as that eulogy wouldn't be something favorable to your legacy.

I will continue to live, to love and to appreciate this wild adventure called the human experience.

See you in my dreams today and forever Dad!
