Self love and acceptance isn’t about loving yourself, it’s about loving being yourself ✨✨❤️ And here is what it looks like in everyday life :

- allowing yourself to speak your truth, to share your opinions, your ideas, your views without fearing how it will be received;
- being ok showing up imperfect;
- allowing yourself to feel sadness, anger, frustration without judging yourself, without trying to cover it all up out of fear of not having it all together;
- saying no to someone or to something;
- striving for more, not because you fear you’re not enough, but because you know you deserve it;
- letting go of a limiting belief or of a pattern because you know it doesn’t serve you.

And more specifically, in my modeling career, here is what self love and acceptance look like :
- being ok if I don’t get a job;
- being ok with feedback even when it’s not positive;
- expressing my needs, my opinions;
- setting boundaries;
- not questioning my self worth if I don’t work for a while;
- staying true to my priorities.

Only took me about 15 years to get there😂 and still, I know the journey isn’t over but oh does it feel good and was it worth it✨🙏🏻❤️
