3 mistakes I used to make when it came to letting go of stress, fear and anxiety :
- I can’t let go because I’m not at the right place. If only I was on a beach / in nature / on my yoga mat etc it would be so easy.
- I can’t let go because I have this one thing on my mind, a problem I need to solve. If I relax and let go it means I won’t find a solution.
- I can’t let go because I don’t have enough time ! It takes at least an hour of trying hard and focusing to get into a calm state.
