I honestly don’t remember having so much rain in San Diego. ☔️ Finally a break in the downpours but it’s still cold AF! 🥶 With that being said, I’ve been making soups a lot. The unexpected windchill doesn’t scream salad szn…and we still using “szn” for season in 2023? Maybe we should start using, “c-zun” instead, but that looks kinda ugly, lol. 😆Anyway I’m sharing quite possibly my fave soup, pancit molo, which is Filipino wonton soup. Growing up I always looked forward to eating this when my Tita Celine made it for family gatherings, it was the best! These days I make my own, and it still evokes those warm childhood memories. It is so good, like a wonton wrapper giving you a hug until they submerge you in broth as you flail to grasp for the stem of the bok choy to give you support. 😆 #plottwist
