I’m… percolating. I like to take my time looking back over the year: what I enjoyed (or didn’t), and what I’d like to see more of ⭐️ Once I've identified those ‘most enjoyed’ moments, I can see if there’s a way of squeezing more of them into the last part of the year.⁠

It can be small things, like realising that taking 15 minutes every morning to walk in nature makes the rest of the day more enjoyable. Despite the cold weather, it would be worth incorporating that back into my life ❄️⁠
