That’s why I love food, and why I started cooking.⁠ ⁠ A few years ago, I read The Art of Gathering by @PriyaParker, and the way she writes about adding meaning and curating events to make them truly memorable resonated so much with me.⁠ ⁠ The food can even be mediocre, but when people feel that connection it creates something very special and unique.⁠ ⁠ So my dinner party advice is: don’t spend the whole evening in the kitchen trying to create perfection.
