Today, I’m dragging myself out for another solo 20 miles as my training plan simply says ‘70 mile week ahead’. That means, I’ve simply got to get out and get it done. 😤 I could think of many reasons today why ‘I can’t’ but on the weekend of the 23rd/24th, that 100 mile road won’t give a f*ck about those excuses, or my pitty party. It will be long, it will be gruelling and it will be unforgiving - just like life. And just like life, if you hold a pitty party every day and you fail to prepare for what’s coming. You are just preparing to fail. 😖 I want to go into this 100 mile ultra marathon next month with no excuses… Just hard work, a hard mentality and hard belief that I will get it done! 💯 It’s time to wake up my people, awaken the beast inside and take sh*t to another level.
