CHALLENGE WORKOUT 💪🏼 Today’s #fitnessfebruary workout! Started off the month with this sweaty challenge 😅👌🏼

Here is the main circuit of the workout for you to try at home! (minus the warm up and stretching that the complete workout includes) ☺️

👇🏼
• Complete the 6 exercises within 4min. • The quicker you complete them the more rest you get before you start the next round.
• eg. if it takes you 3min & 40sec to complete all 6 exercises, you get 20sec rest before you go again.

COMPLETE 4 ROUNDS

▪️60 x SHUFFLES
▪️50 x MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
▪️40 x SEE SAW SQUATS
▪️30 x HIP DROPS
▪️20 x SQUAT KNEE DROPS
▪️10 x BURPEES (option to do full or just to plank)
▪️5 x PUSH UPS
