QUICK POST WORKOUT STRETCH 🙌🏼 A nice quick sequence that targets some common trouble spots that can get tight and cause chronic pain like low back pain, upper back aches, and tight hips.

Try holding each stretch for 5-10 long deep breaths (depending on how much time you have!) after every workout…see how your body feels after a week! 👌🏼 It will make a pretty huge difference!

1. HIP FLEXOR STRETCH + LIZARD LUNGE
Targets the front of the hip (hip flexor) & groin. A great stretch if you sit down for a long period of the day.

2. TWISTED PEC STRETCH
Great for improving posture, mobilising the spine & increasing rib cage mobility for better breathing.

3. SEATED SIDE REACH
An amazing stretch to relieve lower back pain (usually caused by tight QL muscle). Aim to rotate your body and look up!
